Founded by a passionate team of food lovers from Vietnam, we’ve spent years exploring the culinary landscape of the UK, especially the vibrant food scene in London. Yet, no matter where we went, we always felt something was missing — the simple, soulful flavors of home.

At the end of 2020, with that love in our hearts and a vision in our minds, we opened the very first Banh Mi Aha! on the bustling Lamb’s Conduit Street in Holborn. From day one, our mission was clear: to bring the essence of traditional Vietnamese street food to locals and visitors from all walks of life.

With just a humble sandwich and a cup of strong Vietnamese coffee, we began telling a story — one of heritage, comfort, and authenticity. Every dish we serve is a celebration of everyday Vietnamese life: simple, fresh, and full of heart.

Thanks to the overwhelming support from our customers, we opened our second location in Farringdon in 2021. It became more than just a spot for breakfast and dinner — it became a place for celebrations, gatherings, and shared memories during holidays and special occasions.

Encouraged by this continued love, we expanded to Soho, one of London’s most dynamic and energetic neighborhoods. With every new shop, our dream grew bigger: to make Vietnamese food a beloved part of daily life in London — and beyond.

Today, Banh Mi Aha! is not just a chain — it’s a community. It’s a journey of flavors, a piece of Vietnam in every bite, and a warm invitation to experience the richness of our culture.
